Your 3-step recruitment process
1. Online application
Does one of our online job offers look interesting and match your profile? Click the Apply now button for the job offer and send in your application through our website in 15 minutes.
To apply online, you'll need:
- your resume
- your covering letter
- any other document that might flesh out and support your application (a letter of recommendation, a placement evaluation, etc.)
Once you've sent in your application, you'll receive an acknowledgment by email to confirm that we have received it. Your application is forwarded directly to the recruiter concerned.
If none of the online job offers match your profile, send us an unsolicited application and join our talent pool
2. First Interview
If we are interested in your application, we will invite you for an initial phone interview with the recruiter responsible for the job offer you chose. Applicants for production worker jobs take part in group tests with the recruiter for the production plant concerned before the individual interview.
During these interviews, we check whether your profile matches the job offer, and assess your career potential within Michelin.
If your application is not selected, we will let you know, and we will keep your information in our database. If suitable job offers come up in the future, we may contact you again.
3. Second interview
During this day set aside for recruitment interviews, you will meet experts in the profession, managers and a career manager. They assess your skills and expertise, your motivation and your development potential at Michelin, before making the final decision together.
The decision is made quickly, generally within three days you know whether you have been selected for the job and if you are going to join Michelin.
