I am involved in Michelin's Women's Network, Michelin Challenge Education and the Michelin Giving Campaign. 

<BR>

I am continually impressed by the strong women at Michelin and their willingness to share lessons and experiences to help all of us grow. The Leadercast events and Women's Network group sponsors have been extremely impactful; I reference my notes often as a guide for being the best leader, teammate, and employee possible.

One of Michelin's priorities is to give back to the communities where we live and work. The Michelin Giving Campaign is an annual initiative as a way for employees to give back in significant ways. I actively serve on the United Way of Greenville County's Young Leader Society as a Michelin representative and feel inspired by our company leadership to continue finding ways to better our community. Some initiatives I'm currently involved with include tutoring at an elementary school and advocating for robust, sustainable transportation options in Greenville.

I am part of the Industrial Purchasing team and I am the Capital Equipment Buyer. I purchase molds, parts of mold and material handling equipment. With this role I work very closely with internal partners from the conception of the project in order to negotiate the most favorable agreement possible and to put in place an agreement that protects Michelin’s interest.

Account Manager

Responsible for the business of his/her area.
In line with the group's sales strategy, he/she builds relationships with customers in which he/she is in charge and make proposals for expanding the customer's business, thereby improving customer satisfaction and expanding business in the area.

Regional Sales Manager

Responsible for the business of the region.
Regional Sales Manager performs a wide variety of tasks, such as formulate and implement a regional strategy so that the activities of Account Managers in the region can be carried out efficiently, or support and coach team members.

Key account manager

Define strategy and business approach on his accounts
Constructs and develops a long-term partnership with the customer
Is the interface on all commercial aspects between Michelin and the customer
Proposes and implements commercial offers for one or more key accounts

Director of Country Operations

Also in charge of supporting activities coordinating with the field sales team.
CSC helps to maintain customer satisfaction understanding their complaint, billing, accounting, debt, etc.
