This data privacy policy applies to the contents of the pages of this website, hereinafter referred to as "this website".
Please read this document carefully. It sets out how we collect and use the personal data you send us through our application management system. In using the application management system and/or submitting information, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms.
All personal data you send us is processed by the Michelin Group company that placed the job offer. Personal data is collected and processed in compliance with this document and the legislation in force in the country in which the job is to be filled, not that of the country in which you live.

Collection of personal data:

The personal data you disclose to us must be accurate and complete. Providing inaccurate, false or incomplete information may result in your application being rejected. If and when necessary, Michelin may check the qualifications shown in resumes and collect professional references for job applicants (from internship supervisors, line managers, etc.).
We need your personal data to manage your application, contact you during its processing, send you job offers, reply to your questions and/or ask you for further information.
If your personal data is submitted by someone other than yourself and/or if you submit the personal data of an applicant your recommend, you may, in the former case, object to the data being processed by exercising the faculty offered by Michelin on receipt of your data; in the latter case, you must obtain the person's consent before submitting his or her personal data, whatever that data may be.

Use of personal data:

The personal data you send us is collected and used to manage our recruitment process, keep you informed about future job offers, reply to your requests, manage alerts, or for administrative purposes.
Michelin will only use your personal data for the purposes for which it was collected. In the conditions provided for by law, your data may also be used for statistical analyzes and reporting, more specifically to measure website traffic.
Michelin is not trying to obtain sensitive information (racial or ethnic origin, political, philosophical or religious opinions, trade union membership, information about your health or sex life), except where the law of the country in which you are applying for a position so require.
If you are hired by Michelin, your personal data may be used within the framework of the employer/employee relationship in the conditions laid down by law, in particular regarding the duration of retention.

Data transmission :

Your personal data will be disclosed only to the staff of the Michelin Group company with which you are in communication and, if you have given your consent, to the Michelin Group company in which a position is open that is not the position for which you initially applied. Your personal data will be accessible and/or disclosed to other Michelin Group companies, including outside the European Union, only if you have expressly consented to this in your application.
Your personal data may also be disclosed to service providers with which Michelin is working. These service providers will have access to your data if and as necessary for their tasks, but they will not share this information with third parties or use it for any other purposes.
The application management system is hosted within the European Union. People living outside the European Union should be aware that the data processing inherent in this hosting will be carried out in compliance with the law applicable to said processing. By agreeing, you consent to this processing.
If a regulation so requires, your personal data may also be disclosed to law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, government agencies and third parties.

Data retention period:

Your personal data will be retained for the time required to manage your application and within the limits laid down by law, if the law allows a longer period.
Within the same limits, we may retain your data so that we can contact you about other job vacancies that might interest you.

Updating your data:
