The Women In Trucking Association (WIT) welcomes Michelin as a “Gold Level Partner” to help increase the number of women employed in the transportation industry. Adam Murphy, vice president of business-to-business marketing for Michelin, will serve on the WIT Board of Directors.
“Michelin North America is proud to strengthen our association with Women in Trucking, an organization that shares our belief in the benefits of strengthening the engagement of women in the transportation industry, and an organization that is doing great work to advance that cause,” Murphy said.
With the support of its members and partners, WIT has made great strides through numerous initiatives over the past decade to raise awareness and increase the ranks of women who are commercial drivers.
