The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual who is passionate about the Agriculture business to join Michelin as an Account Executive within our Agriculture division. In this role, you will handle a portfolio that includes the states of Iowa and Nebraska, with the potential for additional states to be added. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients of all sizes, representing our team both externally and internally, and to develop a deep understanding of our clients' market positions, products/services, and competitive landscapes.

Candidates must currently reside in Iowa or Nebraska

What Will You Do

Manage Accounts: Represent your team externally with clients and internally by working with various team members.

Client Understanding: Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference, and competitive landscape.

Customer Requests: Bring together, handle, and answer customer requests/claims.

Relationship Building: Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.

Client Communication: Lead day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships related to current, new, and upcoming projects, including business reviews.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and present sales information and effective proposals for customers during renewals or new initiatives.

Networking: Visit clients, attend trade shows, and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.

Market Engagement: Proactively remain connected to clients and the constantly evolving market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged regularly and effectively.

Lead Generation: Develop and generate new leads by monitoring trends, conducting research, finding opportunities, cold calling, and making appointments.
