KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
• Work as BSS Leader for AIM region.
• Coordination with all harvest partners and ensure the contracts are in place, required resources are onboarded and delivery timelines are being prepared.
• Responsible for end to end portfolio management for BSS for AIM region.
• Responsible for managing all the contracts for various local & group applications
• Responsible for managing the Incidents related to contracts expiration / extension / renewal.
• Responsible for security assessment of all local applications.
• Responsible for coordination with teams to work on deployment of the applications.
• In case of any failures to the application during deployment, responsible for coordinating and working on Root cause analysis for the same.
• Ensure synchronisation of several teams (Consolidate capacities, plans, budgets)
• Ensure that the right product/service is produced by the teams (by ensuring close collaboration with the business, organizing frequent feedback from the users...) and that every team has the same understanding of the value (product/service) to deliver
• Ensure that the right product/service is produce the right way (use work organization that maximize the quality and the speed)
• Solve problems that are raised to his/her level
• Allow teams to take time to make continuous improvment by continuous learning
