KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
This role focuses on developing new business and grow one’s portfolio to the optimum, factored in all available products and services into the equation.
Hunting activities. This would require working on lead management and steering the account development.
Farming activities focusing on growth of SOA in each account and cross-selling of other products and services that customers are not using to optimize revenue and profitability of the company.
Enhance customer’s relationship to the maximum level.
Drive digitalization at every level. BDM makes all digital initiatives possible at customer’s end.
Nurture the development of Central Market Intelligence platform by collecting and sharing market insights to enhance organization capabilities and share knowledge to the team.
Master database management.
Act as educated partner on sustainability topics for clients and partners.
REQUIREMENTS
3-5 year working experience in Key Account Manager or Business evelopment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving, negotiation and creative thinking skill
High level of entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation
Native speakers of Thai with English fluency
