Which is your mission?

As a Digital Scrum Master Promote your mission will be to support, implement and help everyone at Michelin understand the Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values in accordance with the chosen project approach. Organize the Sprints and facilitate the relationship ensuring alignment between the Product Owner, who supports the business stakes, and the team in charge of developing the solution to satisfy them.

How will a daily routine look like?

• Provides needed methods and tools to ensure the delivery velocity of the Sprint and optimize productivity of the teams, also helps the team to address roadblocks and operational problems and ensures the team is in a continuous improvement spirit.
• Facilitates workshops and supports the Product Owner in its approach to prioritization by value, animates the team to follow the principles of Scrum methodology and coaches the development of the team in self-organization and cross-functionality.
• Provides the required dashboards to monitor the progress of the product and shares the progress with the project stakeholders. Escalades to management the obstacles that s(he) can’t handle at her/his level.

What do you need to successfully contribute to our purpose?

• At least 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role in any type of business industry.
• Certification as Scrum Master or Agile Coach is a must.
• Highly desirable to have programming previous experience.
• English in an upper intermediate level.
• Key competencies: Processes, Methodologies, and Tools; IT Project Management, Teamwork and Collaboration, Initiative, Impact, and Influence.
