Job Title:  Janitor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Janitor to join our manufacturing facility. As a Janitor, you will support the production of track components and final products by maintaining a clean and safe facility.

This opportunity is in Junction City, KS Ag Track facility, located between Salina and Manhattan in the heart of Northeastern, KS. What You’ll Bring:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Basic troubleshooting and math skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts.
  • Attentiveness to moderate to loud noise levels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform general cleaning and janitorial duties in the common areas of the building.
  • Responsible for stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing of offices, restrooms, handwashing stations, lockers and breakroom areas. 
  • Perform limited grounds maintenance.
  • Maintain a neat and orderly supply room; ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
  • Wash floors, windows and walls.   
  • Assist in examining facility for safety hazards, report deficiencies to supervisor.
  • Deep cleaning projects.
  • Setup and cleanup for onsite events and meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods standing.
  • Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
