We have an immediate opening in Greenville, South Carolina for a Maintenance Manager whose responsibilities include ensuring the availability of production equipment while leading safety, cost, and energy performance through a continuous improvement strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Promote a culture of safe work practices through regular interactions that focus on behaviors and the ability to recognize and mitigate risks.
  • Lead a team of reliability technicians using a structured management process to continuously improve in the domains of safety, machine, quality (of maintenance), delivery, cost & standards.
  • Monitor & steer competency development for direct reports in collaboration with TEC Training Manager.
  • Assess & improve performance of planned & reactive maintenance processes.
  • Collaborate with Reliability team to strengthen preventive maintenance plans as well as evaluate/reduce equipment criticality through equipment upgrades.
  • Maintain standards for cleanliness & orderliness in maintenance shop & around work performed on equipment.
  • Apply the standards for spare part management & support the site Storeroom to ensure an efficient / effective inventory.
  • Leverage proper use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System to capture accurate data that measures performance & guides progress.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • Experience leading a team to maintain production equipment in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge & experience in the application, assessment & improvement of maintenance processes.
  • Excellent social skills, including the ability to interact in a professional manner with internal partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills using a structured approach.
  • Digital skills / experience to interpret data and provide clear insights for progress.
