We have 3 positions available, including two intermediate roles and one senior role.

Michelin, an international company known for its tire products, around and beyond the tire is looking for people who want to move forward with us!

Our current offices are in Laval and Magog. However, Michelin has exciting plans to expand and open a new office in the Montreal area. As part of this anticipated expansion, the workplace of this position will eventually be relocated to our new offices in the Montreal Metropolitan area in the near future.

  • Base salary based on experience, starting annual salary for this position - based on experience, starting annual salary for intermediate position $94,800 and senior position $107,600 plus bonus

Your role:

Understand customer needs, behaviors and experiences to generate ideas, identify opportunities to develop new offers or improve existing ones, and recommend inflections in the marketing strategy for the off-road business line.

We need you for:

  • Define, design and deploy market research and/or customer insights.
  • Challenge existing research practices and identify opportunities for new research methods and ad hoc analysis.
  • Gather information on behaviors, uses, needs, expectations, the customer journey and the evaluation of our brands and offers in relation to competing alternatives.
  • Help develop and select the most promising customer value propositions.
  • Evaluate relevant digital sources and methods to generate information about targeted customers.
  • Collect and structure all quantitative and qualitative data, develop tracking dashboards and identify growth opportunities derived from relevant data.

What do you need to possess for being successful?

  • You have a bachelor's degree in marketing, administration or finance and at least 7 years' experience in a similar role.
  • You are at ease in a bilingual environment (French and English), so you can communicate orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners.
  • You understand customers and their needs to create new opportunities for differentiation.
  • You can perform a variety of quantitative analyses (analytical thinking, data mining and analysis);
  • You enjoy building clear, synthetic stories from data and providing advice on key decisions (data visualization and presentation).
  • You know how to work within a multidisciplinary team, understanding your environment while creating and maintaining your network.
  • You are occasionally available to visit our colleagues in Europe.
