Operational Marketing Manager - MICHELIN Guide & Robert Parker Wine Advocate (RPWA)

MISSION

Within the Lifestyle Business Line, you will be responsible to:
• Support the Regional Marketing Manager and the various teams in the territory in deployment and management of operational marketing topics.
• Facilitate cross-functional team work to guarantee end-to-end employee and partners positive experience.
• The brand custodian of MICHELIN Guide and RPWA.

Design & Brand Guardianship

  • Be the brand custodian of Michelin Guide and RPWA, cascade brand guidelines and assets from Central, ensure all branded materials adhere to brand guidelines.

  • Establish and oversee an approval process and system for sponsor branding guidelines and events.

  • Support Central team to build and maintain a library of related brand assets, key decks, and archives of all Michelin Guide, RPWA and Partners' activations (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc).

  • Management and liaison of local freelance designers and/or agencies

  • Supervise the procurement, purchasing, and quality control processes for all event collaterals and MICHELIN branded products, for our events or sales teams for MGC events and other Michelin related events (e.g. Private Dinners / Food Festivals / Culinary Pop Ups).

  • Steer the design and creative process for marketing materials to align with business objectives and global brand guidelines.

Events Operational Support

  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to execute the MICHELIN Guide & Robert Parker Wine (RPWA) events in E2A and AIM markets.

  • Support the creation and delivery of dynamic marketing materials by offering design guidance

  • Establish close collaboration with both internal and external event planning committees and client groups to provide direction for event designs that align with the MICHELIN Guide & RPWA brand guidelines and effectively fulfilling marketing objectives.

  • Determine fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary recommendations for successful design execution of a MICHELIN Guide event.

Partner Deliverables

  • Key contact at MICHELIN E2A-AIM for sponsor deliverables and the MICHELIN Guide & RPWA brand guardianship internally and externally.

  • Support Partner Integration Managers in all related partner activations, including but not limited to: Involvement in project management and steering discussions, validating marketing materials for any partner activations, providing guidance for all marketing-related topics from partners, execution of digital and social deliverables. Manage client branding and enquiries pre-event, during and post-event.

Social Media

  • Working with the appointed agencies, manage social media campaigns, positioning and communications to drive brand awareness & media value of the MICHELIN Guide.

  • Execute the social media marketing campaign(s) and report on effectiveness and results ensuring all elements achieve required performance criteria.

  • Supervise and collaborate with the local and Asia social media agencies, ensuring alignment with the MICHELIN Group's guidelines to enhance engagement, interaction, brand affinity, and overall audience experiences.

  • Collaborating with the Editorial team and social media agencies to develop monthly Facebook content calendar for Asia pages, with the goal of enhancing MICHELIN Guide awareness while ensuring alignment with our branding guidelines.

  • Track progress for KPIs, objectives and monitor ROI for social media engagement.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Operation Marketing, Project Management and Digital background

  • Excellent in communication, collaboration and teamwork

  • Strong background working with Regional Team and dynamics multinational environment

  • Fluent in English
