KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS 

  • The conformity of the delivered products and materials is ensured throughout the manufacturing process, allowing the release of the products. 
  • The risky, non-standard or doubtful situations are detected, transmitted at the Business Unit level and treated. As a consequence, controls are adapted under the MDP-GQ framework. 
  • In the domain, all the established non-conformities and shifts in performance are treated with the responsiveness and efficiency needed. 
  • For the domain:
    - The application of quality assurance related to the manufacture of the product/material is guaranteed
    - The quality plan is applied.
    - The guarantee referential are applied locally.
    - Quality assurance provisions are implemented and effective. 
  • Throughout the attention paid to the needs of the customers, the practice of Quality Approach is reinforced.  Help all operators gain quality job competencies (mentoring, training, etc.)
