Series and Sales Manager for BFG Racing Off and On Road

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with extensive race experience to join our team as a Racing Series, Events and Sales Manager for BFG Racing Off and On Road. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience and support.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Customer Support:

Provide comprehensive support to customers, including offering advice and handling claims.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.

Series and Management:

Engage in strategic work on sponsorships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Manage relationships and agreements to maximize sponsorship benefits.

Market Feedback:

Capture and document information about product and service issues in the market.

Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve identified issues.

Product and Service Development:

Participate in the development and enhancement of product and service offerings.

Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to inform product and service improvements.

Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer needs are met.

BFG Racing Tire Sales:

Responsible for the sales of tires.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume.

Create and manage volume forecasts to meet sales targets.

Support of OE2 Customers:

Provide dedicated support to OE2 (Original Equipment) customers.

Ensure customer satisfaction and address any specific needs or issues.

Travel Requirements:

Travel will be approximately 30-50% of the time, depending on business needs.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

Extensive knowledge of off road racing market & key players.

5 years proven experience in the racing market space including customer support and series management. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
