The African American Network focuses on actively influencing the recruitment, retainment, and advancement of African-American employees at Michelin and positively influencing and making change in the community.

Rooted in Michelin’s ICARE (Inspiring, Creating Trust, Awareness, Results & Empowerment) Leadership Model, the ICARE Leadership BRG is dedicated to empowering individuals and teams to shape our culture through their own personal behaviors.
Hispanic Network
The aim of the Hispanic Network is to support employees in their personal and professional development, and to promote the Hispanic heritage and culture within the workplace and in the community.
LGBT & Allies
The vision of the LGBT & Allies BRG is to foster an inclusive environment with respect and understanding for LGBTQ+ employees, to promote career development and leadership opportunities and to serve as a strong corporate citizen within our communities.
New Hire Network
The New Hire Network is dedicated to increasing employee engagement & fostering a sense of purpose for new employees at Michelin. Through events and networking the BRG provides opportunities for employees to enhance their business acumen and build foundations for successful careers with Michelin.
Road 2 Financial Health
The R2FH BRG is a community of individuals with a passion to help fellow employees achieve financial health throughout their career. They invite internal and external experts to share ideas and knowledge that will help employees plan, understand and achieve financial health and well-being.
Veteran’s Network
The Veteran’s Network strives to develop and mentor employees on all matters related to Veteran recruitment, retention and reintegration. They aim to improve employee engagement by creating networking opportunities, bridging the gaps between civilian and military experiences and lifestyles and leveraging experiences and talents of membership.
Women’s Network
The mission of the Women’s Network is to support Michelin’s ambitions to increase gender diversity especially in managerial positions through hiring, development, promotion and retention.
Diversity & Inclusion Councils
Diversity & Inclusion Councils are a diverse, cross-functional group of employees who bring awareness of unique challenges, opportunities and emerging issues related to diversity, equity and inclusion while modeling behaviors as advocates of these principles. The DI Councils operate at our multiple locations across North America.
