I have been the plant manager in Dothan for 16 months. I worked at a Michelin facility in Greenville, S.C. for two and a half years, and prior to that in the Chemical and Pulp/Paper Industries for nearly 20 years.

I love the people. Working in manufacturing forges bonds that can be lifelong. Work can be difficult without those bonds and without the feeling of being supported. I am supported and have a network of great friends, mentors and mentees.
