Machine Operator

My goal is to build the carcass of the tire while ensuring rigorous safety and quality standards are followed.

I currently work in Confection Finishing on the tire building machine operator (PAP) building earthmover tires. This particular machine combines materials from another department to start building the sidewall of the tire.

As a personnel “spoke”, I attend monthly meetings and share the information with my team including the Business Unit Leader. I also organize the monthly call-in and vacation schedule.


By using an hour by hour chart I am able to track my progress to ensure I am meeting my daily goals as well as documenting any issues that may have happened that day.


In order to meet my goals and deliver on the customer commitment it’s important I work with other departments to ensure the right product is being delivered at the right time.

Production Line Manager

Manages the activities of a team of production workers to ensure the progress of manufacturing operations according to specifications and production times.

Workshop manager
