The B2B Marketing Lead is responsible for driving business growth in Malaysia through strategic marketing initiatives targeting fleet, wholesale, and commercial partners.
This role will work closely with the B2B sales team, regional counterparts, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, build brand relevance, and accelerate revenue. Prior experience in the automotive industry or adjacent sectors (e.g., aftermarket, fleet services, mobility solutions) is essential to understand customer needs and ecosystem dynamics.
This is a strategic, growth-focused position—not simply maintaining current volume, but unlocking untapped potential within key B2B segments. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, data-driven, and passionate about building pipeline, shaping market perception, and expanding business reach.
B2B Business Model Leader
Define and implement go-to-market (G2M) strategy for B2B
Work closely with sales team on demand generation (Lead and Opportunities Management) to find more leads and materialize the leads to sales.
Work with Communication Manager to develop targeted campaigns (email, LinkedIn, digital ads, events) to generate high-quality leads.
Work with Michelin Regional team to create/ adapt relevant sales toolkits - brochures, decks, case studies, playbooks - aligned with sales needs
Collaborate with dealers and fleet operators/ B2B distributors to drive engagement and customer loyalty.
KEY EXPERIENCES IN:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business development or related field.
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in automotive, fleet, or industrial products.
Strong understanding of automotive distribution models and B2B customer behavior.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing lead-generation campaigns.
Familiarity with digital and offline marketing tactics in a commercial context.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Self-driven, independent with an entrepreneur mindset.
