B2B Senior Internal Sales Manager - Melbourne

About the Role 

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll join a small, supportive team focused on securing and maintaining B2B accounts—particularly our durable partners. This role is ideal for a professional with sales, account management or mechanical field experience. 

Using Salesforce CRM, your key responsibilities will include: 

  • Manage Strategic Accounts: Full ownership of durable customers and key dealer accounts, including all communications and sell-in activities. 

  • Drive Customer Value: Align internal teams to deliver consistent messaging and execute account development plans (CAP/KAP). 

  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities, implement new initiatives, and strengthen partnerships. 

  • Champion Customer Satisfaction: Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and coach internal teams. 

  • Build strong relationships through regular touchpoints and quarterly business reviews. 

  • Ensure all partners have clear CAP/KAP actions to improve sales and customer intimacy. 

  • Monitor supply needs and provide proactive support. 

  • Promote customer satisfaction programs with consistent engagement. 

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ability to work autonomously while being part of a team. 

  • Strong communication skills to share information, mitigate issues and resolve conflicts. 

  • Analytical skills to understand data, write reports and make recommendations. 

  • Respect for people, fostering a culture of compassion, empathy and support. 

  • Ideally experience in B2B industry, client services and/or sales environment. 

  • Experience using a CRM tool and MS Office skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 

  • Ability to travel 6-8 days per month (you plan your own schedule). 

  • Authorised to work in Australia. New Zealand applicants will also be considered.
