THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly experienced marketing professional to join our team. This role requires over 12 years of marketing experience in the agricultural industry. If you have a proven track record of managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, we want to hear from you!

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Apply market, customer, and competitor knowledge to forecast business impacts and plan actions to deliver the annual plan.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to the agricultural sector.
  • Identify research needs, commissions study, and applies outputs.
  • Manage and oversee all marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Establish and monitor the strategic pricing corridors for the given portfolio and where warranted, recommend pricing actions.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to develop demand forecast and sales plan for given segment for the 18-month horizon. Zoom at detailed/granular levels when appropriate on key items.
  • Aligns the demand planning, sales, and finance teams in the generation of the financial forecast for the 18-month horizons.
  • Monitor and manage P&L to ensure financial targets are met.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

  • Twelve+ years marketing experience in the Agriculture industry
  • Bachelor's Degree required (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
