Michelin is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Michelin Americas Research Center in Greenville, S.C. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing critical reporting, documentation, coordination, and communication processes that support the success of our team.

Key expected achievements
Entity Support
- Organizes and optimizes the time of the Manager(s): deals with all the subjects within the appropriate deadlines including professional trips, documents/files/reporting, budget monitoring, etc.
- Works out the Entity annual calendar taking into account all the deadlines of the Group and of the Entity
- Organizes meetings and seminars (logistics, participants and content), suggests pertinent agendas, collects all the necessary information from customers / internal partners, prepares the presentations with exactitude, takes part in the meetings as a member of the Management team, drafts and disseminates the minutes, and ensures the identified actions follow-up
- Initiates ad-hoc meetings according to identified needs and internal/external current topics
- Manages office supplies and equipment requests for the entity
- Manages on-boarding and off-boarding of entity employees
Business Support
- Assists in managing the Entity’s budget. Analyzes budget forecast. Coordinates entity active reforecast. Follows up on all entity financial questions.
- Assist in tracking FTE evolutions and supply updates to staff and RDI-F
- Translate FTE evolution data into resource capacity
- Coordinates PO management and research
- Able to extract and interpret reports from KRDI
- Extracts Timecard data from Kephren for analysis
- Suggests ideas for improvements to the Manager (Tools, organization…)
Management of Files
- Manages specific issues in compliance with the Entity guidelines
- Administrates Document Management for the entity, acting as an expert in the tools, sharing best practices, helping managers define the appropriate document management structure, and ensuring adherence to document management policies
General Competencies
- Answers to internal/external requests in a timely manner while respecting the Group’s values so as to ensure a positive image of the Group/Entity
- Manages priority, tackles emergencies while being very attentive to impacts and potential tensions to mitigate
- Anticipates needs/requests so as to contribute to the Group’s/Entity’s performance
What You Will Bring
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience providing administrative support to a management team.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office 365.
