CRM & Marketing Operations Assistant (Apprentice)

You will join Euromaster Services & Management, the European headquarters of the Michelin Group's retail subsidiary. As part of the Central CRM Team, you will work in an international environment supporting 17+ countries.

We are looking for a Marketing Operations profile: Your role is to ensure our CRM platform Hubspot runs smoothly, to support local country Marketing Managers in their daily usage, and to help deploy our European "Playbooks" (standardized customer journeys).

Apprenticeship contract for a 2-year period, starting in September 2026, located in Clermont-Ferrand.

    What you will learn

    • International Coordination: How to drive adoption of a tool across different cultures and markets.

    • Advanced CRM Skills: You will go far beyond sending newsletters, managing complex automation and data models.

    YOUR MISSIONS

    You will act as the CRM Product Owner's "Right Hand". Your core mission is to facilitate the daily operations of the central team and ensure the countries have the support they need.

    1. MAIN MISSION: Support & Enablement 

    • User Support: Act as the first line of support for local CRM Managers (Germany, Spain, Italy, etc.) on their daily requests (e.g., segmentation issues, email rendering bugs, access rights).

    • Documentation: Maintain the documentation and configure AI assistants to ensure autonomy in the countries.

    • Training: Onboard new users and organize with the HupSpot PO the HubSpot Demos / Internal webinars to share tips and tricks on the tool.

    • Community Animation: Assist the PO in animating our CRM Community through regular meetings and support operational action plans.

    2. SECONDARY MISSIONS: 

      CRM Campaign Operations & Playbook Activation

    • Asset Production: Assist in building the master assets for European campaigns (Email Templates, Landing Pages, Forms) ensuring they are "ready-to-use" for local teams.

    • Campaign Implementation: Support the CRM PO in the technical testing phase of automation workflows and new features to ensure they work perfectly before release.

    • Performance Monitoring: Produce and monitor our CRM performance KPIs. You analyze campaign results (Open Rate, CTR, CRM Visits) to ensure local activations meet the Group's targets and drive continuous optimization.

    Deployment Projects  

    • Roll-out Support: Participate in the technical setup of HubSpot for new countries in collaboration with our IT department & our partner agency.

    • Data Quality: Support the CRM PO in developing action plans to enhance CRM data operability. This includes monitoring the health of the database, particularly concerning duplicates and consent capture.

    • Multichannel Activation: Support countries in implementing new conversational channels (RCS, WhatsApp) alongside traditional SMS, transitioning from a multi-channel to an omni-channel experience.

    YOUR PROFILE

    You are preparing a Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, or Data Marketing. You have a "Problem Solver" mindset.

    Hard Skills:

    • CRM : You have a first experience using CRM / Marketing automation tools. Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus but a strong appetite for CRM logic is mandatory

    • AI & Innovation: You have a strong appetite for AI and are able to deliver actionable prompts to operationalize trends (e.g., content generation, translation agents) for the CRM community.

    • French & English Fluent: You are comfortable working in English all day (writing documentation, chatting with European colleagues).

    • Hands-On & Data enthusiast : You have a "Get It Done" mindset. You are comfortable with manipulating data (Imports, Segmentation) to serve marketing goals. You are are not afraid to test & learn by yourself to make the things work.

    • Content Creation: You are comfortable with UX design notions and have basic HTML knowledge to fix broken email layouts.

    Soft Skills:

    • Service Oriented: You enjoy helping others and solving their problems.

    • Rigorous: You check your work three times before pressing "Send" or "Activate" on a workflow.

    • Team-Spirit: You like collaborating constructively with various profiles (and in a multi-cultural environment)
