This role is based in the Michelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel and Service Management.  

The Customer Data Analyst is responsible for creating, updating, and cancelling customer accounts correctly, thoroughly, and in accordance with relevant regulatory standards (ECA region).

What will you do?

Customer Account Management:

  • Cooperation with the Sales Department for receiving and processing an accurate CarForm;

  • Proposing solutions to improve processes in situations where they are not functioning efficiently;

  • Correct and timely setup of customer accounts (including processes such as creation, modification, cancellation, or reactivation);

  • Verification of account accuracy;

  • Conducting applicable internal control processes for customer accounts and protection against fraud risk;

  • Checking identified suspicious clients in the Trade Automation process (Embargo).

 

Handling complaints regarding customer accounts received from customers:

  • Analysis of customer complaints

  • Proposing measures to improve practices

  • Resolving the complaint

  • Providing a correct and sufficient response to the requester

What we’re looking for: 

  • Good knowledge of English (minimum B2);

  • Previous experience in Customer Data Management or similar activities;

  • Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to learn new tools;

  • Intermediate Excel and Office suite skills;

  • Team-worker attitude.
