KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Collect, analyze, and use relevant data to support business steering, decision-making, and value creation.
• Understand business needs and support the preparation of clear specifications for data and analytics solutions.
• Identify, collect, clean, structure, and prepare data required for analysis and reporting.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and performance indicators.
• Build clear dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to business stakeholders.
• Provide data-based recommendations to improve activities, services, processes, and business performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of data processes and analyses, while sharing good practices internally.
• Develop and manage data sources such as SQL databases, SharePoint repositories, and other relevant platforms.
• Apply Michelin data governance, ethics, security, quality, integrity, and confidentiality requirements.
• Contribute to advanced analytics and AI-based initiatives, in manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate and support the métier Data Analyst community to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical support, coaching, and competency development for citizen developers and business users.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• BSc/BEng in Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent qualification.
• 3 - 4 years of Data Analytics or related technical experience.
• Hands-on experience in Business Intelligent solutions such as Power BI and M365 platform.
• Proficiency in the use of Python and SQL.
• Working experience with any advance analytics application as  is an added advantage.
• Ability to set priorities, work independently, and consistently deliver results with minimal direction.
• Proven success working across teams, with the ability to clearly communicate in diverse, multi-functional environments.
• Skilled at analyzing data, identifying patterns, and ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
