THE OPPORTUNITY

Michelin North America is seeking an eRetail Catalog Coordinator to support the activation, execution, and governance of digital product content across our retail partner ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and compelling Product Detail Pages (PDPs) across all brands and platforms.

As a central coordination point between Retail Marketing, internal teams, agencies, and retail collaborators, the eRetail Catalog Coordinator manages all content stages. These stages include briefing, validation, deployment, and optimization. They deliver consistent and outstanding brand storytelling throughout North America’s digital retail landscape

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Content Deployment & Optimization

  • Support North American eRetail content activation for all Michelin brands and retail partners.
  • Coordinate PDP copy using standard assets from Commercial Communications, FAQs, enriched content, and tools guided by keyword and SEO insights.
  • Support content localization for the U.S. and Canada, including bilingual requirements.

Catalog Management & Governance

  • Support PDP governance across Syndigo content, above‑ and below‑the‑fold assets, imagery, 360°/AR features, and interactive modules.
  • Ensure content consistency across platforms including PIM, SharePoint, Content Center, and Dealer Connect.
  • Maintain correctness, conformity, and premium presentation across all tire lines and retailer content feeds.

Project Management & Workflow Coordination

  • Coordinate cross‑functional workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Handle content readiness and approvals across Brand, Promotion, Legal, and Agency partners.
  • Maintain Content Center boards, documentation, and processes to ensure alignment and visibility.

Retail Partner Engagement & Campaign Deployment

  • Ensure all copy, visuals, disclaimers, and localized materials meet Michelin brand and legal standards in partnership with Brand Engagement teams.
  • Align PDP content with banners and retail media assets to deliver cohesive omnichannel storytelling.

Cross‑Functional Support

  • Build creative briefs for visual and interactive assets under the guidance of Retail Marketing Managers.
  • Partner closely with Brand Content Managers, Product Category Managers (PCMs), SEO, Legal, Retail Media, and Performance/Communications teams.
  • Review and coordinate final approvals before content launch with retail partners.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce content operations, eRetail merchandising, digital product content, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of PDP content structures, digital merchandising standard processes, and content governance.
  • Experience coordinating cross‑functional partners and running multiple workflows simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with PIM systems, content syndication platforms (e.g., Syndigo), and content management tools.
  • Attention to detail that ensures accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort working with AI‑enabled tools, SEO concepts, and data‑driven content optimization.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
