• You are looking for a 1 year full-time (8h) internship, with the possibility to develop within the company.

As a Michelin intern, you will:

• Learn intensively about Michelin, our products and way of doing things.
• Put that knowledge into practice, in real business scenarios.
• Collaborate with your mentor and team members as you learn, gradually taking ownership of your own projects such as: 
  • Support export documentation: collect, check, and send documents to customers.
  • Assist with approvals, signatures, and compliance with regulations
  • Archive contracts (digital and physical) and keep records organized.
  • Manage emails and correspondence for the export documentation team.
  • Apply customs and legal rules; provide required customer documents.
  • Assists in monitoring export documentation shipments.
  • Proactively interacts with customers, handle requests and complaints and assists with the initial root-cause analysis.
  • Contribute to process improvements and maintain updated instructions.
  • Collaborate with team members and perform related tasks as needed.
