Job Summary

Michelin Fleet Solutions leases tires to fleet customers. We provide services and expertise for these fleets while managing the inventory for them. Each account is assigned to a team of account analysts.

Mission

To guarantee the accuracy of all incoming and outgoing data for Michelin Fleet customers. Auditing all processes to ensure that Michelin’s assets and profitability are being properly handled. Holding assigned teams accountable for accurate data.

Responsibilities

The analyst will be solely responsible for managing several fleet accounts at varying levels of complexity. The analyst works with our field personnel to ensure accuracy of data received. The analyst interprets that data, analyzes and reviews results, provides relevant trend analysis and projections, and recommends actions and evolutions to improve the efficiency of work methods, internal control compliance and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the analyst reviews customer submissions, rejects when appropriate and makes system corrections. They maintain strong partnerships with the business and establish and maintain positive relationships and understand their problems.

  • Verifies accuracy and consistency of collected data before entering it in the information system
  • Adapts to changing conditions and produces expected results.
  • Demonstrates leadership through data analysis, data transformation and data visualization
  • Analyzes and provides issue resolution where necessary
  • Contacts, follows up and stays vigilant with internal partners
  • Shares recurring problems with the relevant internal partners to find solutions

Requirements

Must be a fast learner, analytical, self-motivated, organized, meticulous, unafraid to challenge the status quo, a problem solver, have a strong grasp of Microsoft suite and a basic understanding of financial terms. Spanish speaker would be a plus.
