At Michelin Indonesia, we develop talents across various functions, including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Health & Safety, Human Resources, and many other areas that support our business operations.

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, with strong academic performance and demonstrated learning agility.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
• Open to graduates from Engineering, Science, Business, Information Technology, and other relevant disciplines, with strong learning agility, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, organizational, internship, or extracurricular activities.
• Learning agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken, minimum B2 level).

 

Preferred:

• Internship experience in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, quality, or related areas.
• Exposure to project work, process improvement, data analysis, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital tools, data analytics, or continuous improvement concepts.
• Active involvement in student organizations, competitions, or leadership activities.
