This role is based in the Michelin Shared Services Center in Bucharest, Michelin Corporate & Business Services, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Sales Administration, Personnel and Service Management.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in French (B2+) and professional level English;
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills;
- Ability to analyze situations, solve problems, and make sound decisions even when information or direction is limited;
- Confidence working independently and taking initiative;
- Comfortable using multiple tools and systems;
- Experience in HR operations would be a plus;
- Customer-focused mindset.
The HR Application Analyst will:
- Provide first-level support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders regarding the use of the WORKDAY platform;
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve WORKDAY-related inquiries received through the ServiceNow ticketing system (e.g. personal information updates, bank account changes, dependents, organizational changes, transfers, and other employee lifecycle activities);
- Perform mass data uploads and validation activities in WORKDAY to ensure accuracy of data;
- Coordinate with Pune teams and participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities in both test and production environments;
- Maintain and continuously improve chatbot content, knowledge articles, and support documentation;
- Identify recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities to improve WORKDAY processes and the employee support experience;
- Escalate complex system, process, or configuration issues to the next level of support;
- Contribute to service reporting and performance tracking to support operational effectiveness;
- Handle sensitive employee information in accordance with company policies and data privacy requirements;
- Update information in systems that are available to employees or partners (SharePoint Document Base).
