Maintenance Method Engineer

Mission:
- Ensure that the maintenance strategy aligns with performance objectives and is effectively applied on site.
- Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Maintenance Method Engineer teams by developing methods and supporting tools.
- Ensure the proper implementation of maintenance practices according to defined standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Expected Achievements:
- Contribute to reducing maintenance costs, spare parts consumption (PdR), and outsourcing needs by optimizing maintenance practices.
- Ensure the integrity and reliability of dashboards and maintenance KPIs, with regular reporting and analysis.
- Provide methodical support and guidance to operational maintainers on tools, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure maintenance plans exist, are regularly reviewed, and performance reports with corrective action plans are delivered on time.
- Continuously improve methods and practices, including project recommendations through risk analysis, FMEA, prioritization, and the Total Process Control (MTP) approach.
- Animate and lead the MTP methodology on site, consolidating resource needs, MTP indicators, and action plans, ensuring coherence between PM2 and workshop conclusions.
- Facilitate auto-diagnosis initiatives, benchmarking processes, and integrate business continuity analysis and equipment criticality assessments.
- Maintain up-to-date skills mapping, training materials, and one-point lessons for methods and tools.
- Define and monitor objectives for Key-users within RUL/SI positions, especially in cases involving RUL BMA responsibilities.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronic Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in maintenance, reliability, or industrial engineering.
- Strong interest in maintenance strategy, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and industrial process improvement.
- Good knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering principles.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical machine drawings.
- Familiarity with using basic testing tools for maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, drive systems, and PLC systems.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems and procedures.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
