MISSION  

The Management Trainee will train  for semifinished material design and / or development in their domain, using the best state of the art  to meet the technical, industrial, and economic needs to become Semifinished designer.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Engage with the DORD teams and understand the process related to new development of Material, product, and process.

• Support in the design and industrialization of new compounds, materials, and new technology investigation with the collaboration of the team.

• Actively involve understanding the laboratory process and support to develop or improve the new test and tools.

• Collaborate with DOMF and DORD  teams to understand the quality and process issues and give inputs to find sustainable solutions.

• Share his/her expertise and findings to enhance the skills of other members.

• Develop new soft and technical skills to reinforce the ability to contribute novel material, test  and technological  solutions, and enlarge his/her expertise to work industrial environment.

POTENTIAL ​CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree specialized in Chemistry, Polymer Science or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of research and development processes, including material design, testing, and validation.
• Excellent level of verbal and written English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, committed, and a good team player.
• Strong learning agility.
• Ability to work and collaborate in the multicultural and international environment.
