About the Department

At the Maintenance Department, we aim to ensure machine reliability, safety, and performance to support stable production and high-quality output.

Mission

In this role, you will:

Ensure reliability, safety, and performance of machines within the assigned perimeter
Apply, update, and maintain machine technical documentation and maintenance instructions
Control machine technical parameters (MTP) to ensure process stability
Drive TRS improvement (availability, reliability, and performance)
Provide effective technical support during breakdowns, including root cause analysis and corrective actions
Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support continuous improvement initiatives

Who We Are Looking For

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related fields)
1 - 5 years of experience in maintenance, technical support, or manufacturing environments (New graduates are welcome to apply)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Interest in machine reliability, process stability, and continuous improvement
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to communicate effectively in Thai and English

Preferred

Experience with industrial machines, maintenance systems, or production equipment
Familiarity with continuous improvement or reliability tools is a plus
