OUR TEAM:

In the Maintenance Department, we aim to ensure equipment reliability and industrial performance through optimized maintenance strategies, asset management, and continuous improvement.

MISSION:

In the domain of maintenance methods and reliability,

  • To Define and improve the standards of machines applicable to the TEC function for all areas in SMQDC
  • To improve reliability and to ensure equipment durability following the defined maintenance strategy including criticality (At optimum costs)
  • To train and propagate knowledge and competency for maintenance actions of level 1 and level 2….

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in maintenance strategy, reliability, or industrial process improvement.
  • Basic knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems and practices.
  • Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
  • Basic understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, drive, and PLC systems.
  • Good data analysis and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Interest in reliability engineering, maintenance improvement projects, and obsolescence management.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java.

Preferred:

  • Experience with FMEA, equipment criticality analysis, and reliability improvement methods
  • Experience in optimizing mechanical maintenance plans and spare parts strategy
  • Experience supporting cross-functional improvement and industrial performance initiatives
