When you join our team, you become part of a European-sized network serving the safety of all. The Group is respectful of every individual and is open to diversity; promoting the well-being of its employees and fostering positive working conditions.
Joining us means combining your individual energy with the collective energy of a Group that is committed to its customers and employees. It means accepting that everyone has a role to play and is partly responsible for our collective success.

Our promise can be broken down into five priority areas:
- EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES and diversity in the workplace
- SAFETY in all activities to ensure employees’ well-being
- SKILLS DEVELOPMENT to promote employees’ professional and personal growth
- POSITIVE STATE OF MIND contributing to employees’ overall well-being
- MUTUAL RESPECT within the company

We are looking for our future Pricing director within the Euromaster Group Headquarters located in Clermont-Ferrand (France). This permanent position is to be filled as soon as possible.

As part of the Group Marketing team, you'll have to define and animate the Group pricing framework to improve competitiveness and profitability across countries, while respecting the decentralised set-up where final pricing decisions are made locally. Provide countries with the methodology, tools, governance, insights and capability to make better and faster pricing decisions.

Your activities in more detail will include:

1) Group pricing policy, methodology and governance
- Own and continuously improve the Group pricing methodology (price setting, updates, discount architecture, segmentation), ensuring alignment with market dynamics, competitive positioning, and topline / margin ambitions.
- Translate the methodology into clear guardrails (principles, minimum standards, decision rights, recommended price corridors, review cadence) that enable local autonomy with consistency.
- Partner with local pricing analysts/ managers to deploy and embed the framework, adapting to local constraints (market structure, regulation, customer mix, competition) without diluting core principles.
- Diagnose maturity by country and build pragmatic country action plans to reach Group standards (process, data, tools, capabilities), with milestones and follow-up.

2) Network animation and capability building
- Lead the Group pricing community: governance rhythm, working groups, and peer-to-peer sharing.
- Build country capability through training, coaching, playbooks and best-practice toolkits (e.g., price reviews, value-based pricing, bundles, contract pricing, discount discipline).
- Create a culture of measurement and accountability: what “good” looks like, how to track it, and how to improve it.

3) Performance analysis and business intelligence
- Produce profitability and elasticity analyses and recommend actions for short- and long-term decisions (existing and new products/services, customer segments, channels).
- Monitor input cost and supplier/manufacturer price increases; steer the process for price increase pass-through and annual service price reviews.
- Identify underperformance by segment/country (margin leakage, discount drift, mix) and lead recovery action plans with local teams.
- Define, standardise and manage Group pricing KPIs, ensuring high-quality, timely data.
- Provide actionable insights via simple, self-serve dashboards, enabling countries and Group to track performance and take decisions.

4) Pricing technology and tools
- Act as business owner for Group pricing solutions (requirements, roadmap, adoption, value tracking).
- Expand deployment and usage of Group pricing tools to all countries; drive adoption through training, governance, and change management.
- Ensure tools support the decentralised model: local decision-making with Group-level standards, visibility, and auditability.

5) Commercial and offer strategy support
- Contribute to the development of the Group offer and routes to market, including: contractualisation, bundles, subscriptions, new services, and any new brand integrated into the portfolio—defining the pricing strategy and pricing architecture.
- Propose innovative pricing concepts (bundles, subscriptions, price fences, differentiated service levels) to increase margin and customer value.
- Ensure customer feedback is systematically captured and translated into pricing policy, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
- Refine the pricing and commercial offer for the franchise network, ensuring clarity, competitiveness and margin protection.
