OUR TEAM
In the Quality Team, we aim to ensure product quality and operational excellence by applying robust standards, improving processes, and strengthening shopfloor capabilities in line with Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW).
MISSION
In this role, he/she/they will:
1. Drive process and quality performance
Ensure products are manufactured in compliance with defined standards and Michelin Manufacturing Way (MMW) best practices, applying “Right First Time” principles and meeting quality and productivity targets.
2. Monitor performance and lead problem solving
Track process performance, identify risks related to product quality and customer satisfaction, and manage complaints, non-conformities, and deviations through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions (e.g., BS, BS+). Ensure effectiveness and sustainability of implemented solutions.
3. Lead continuous improvement and capability development
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the Quality Obtention section of the Progress Plan, while supporting operator competency development through training, coaching, and mentoring.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical fields
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and improve process performance
Experience or knowledge in structured problem-solving tools
Strong quality mindset and continuous improvement orientation
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work under pressure and support operations when needed
Good communication in both Thai and English
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environments
