MISSION

Drive performance excellence and continuous quality improvement within the assigned Business Unit(s), ensuring consistent application of Michelin Manufacturing Way best practices to support operational efficiency and business objectives.

QUALIFICATION:

Graduated Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or related fields)
Experience in wastewater management and/or project management
Proven experience in process optimization and continuous improvement
Preferable skills: Knowledge of chemical or biological treatment process, P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), SCADA systems, leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication in both Thai and English
