Mission: 

• Ensure product quality throughout manufacturing processes, including assembly, cured architecture, after-cure controls, and regulatory markings.
• Lead front-line quality control activities to maintain compliance with Michelin’s quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet key quality objectives.

Key Expected Achievements:

• Product quality is assured across manufacturing processes, enabling reliable and compliant product release.
• Identified quality risks are anticipated and effectively controlled, with corrective actions implemented proactively.
• Claims, non-conformities, and performance deviations are handled responsively and efficiently at the field level.
• Quality plans and guarantee referentially are defined, implemented, and applied locally.
• Quality assurance provisions are regularly monitored and continuously improved.
• Personnel qualifications affecting product quality are ensured and maintained sustainably in the assigned domain.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field).
• 3-5 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, FMEA, SPC, 8D, and other quality tools.
• Experience with quality audits and ISO/IATF standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing key priorities and objectives.
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English (B2).
• Willingness to be based in Cikarang, West Java.
