MISSION: Define the communication plans (internal, external, change communication) of the site(s), guarantee the performance of its deployment, the control of associated risks and the overall consistency of the communication.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
Preparation and tracking of the Annual Activity Communication Plan.
Measure communication effectiveness and propose process improvements
Collaboration with RC SITE and CAPMMS regarding communication consistency within the factory and CAPMMS.
Prepare and animate the events communications in the Activity such as : Annual communication of results, group narrative, local events from the Security Coalition or Quality
Share events by posting using social network platforms such as : copy and pride, viva engage
Competency:
1.Verbal Communication:
active listening: for ensuring that everyone is on the same page, reducing misunderstandings and errors, and improving workplace safety.
clear Articulation: for using simple language and avoiding jargon can improve understanding and reduce confusion.
Accurate Conveyance of Information: for ensuring that the speaker and listener understand the same thing and that there is no room for misinterpretation.
2.Written Communication:
Clarity: using simple language and avoiding unnecessary technical jargon. Using clear headings, bullet points, and diagrams can improve the readability of documents and reduce the chances of misinterpretation.
Brevity: for effective communication using short, concise sentences.
3.Cross-Cultural Communication: to exchange of information between people from different cultural backgrounds (the diverse workforce and international suppliers and customers). Effective cross-cultural communication requires understanding and respecting cultural differences and adapting communication strategies accordingly.
4.Adapting communication: This is essential when communicating with people from different cultural backgrounds. This may include using simple language, avoiding slang, and providing additional context where necessary.
5.Creativity ( OU OF THE Box thinking): to increase engagement, enhance memory and impact of the message, build an emotional connection, trigger action (to change communication from good to great).
6.Empathy : to understand the perspective of workers and frontline staff.

Experience in a communications position in other factories is welcome.
