In this role, you will bring digital solutions to help fleets improve their operations as part of the B2B Product Marketing team. Come join our team!
Overview
As a valued member of the Solutions Engineering team, we interact with brand & product marketing, services operations and sales to define the new offer – customer/service provider opportunities and value propositions. We facilitate the installation of drive-over technology with fleet customers nationwide. Examples include:
Leading the implementation of the technical solution to deliver expected target performance, business value and ultimately respond to our Customers' needs. You will contribute to put in place the necessary systems for performance and the animation and improvement of processes and tools
Being responsible for building and deploying processes / tools to achieve the expected performance objectives. Ensure the quality of the technical services at the client through continuous improvement, standardization, auditing and training
This position is based at our headquarters in Greenville, SC, conveniently located within driving distance to east coast beaches, the Blue Ridge Mountains and large cities like Atlanta and Charlotte. What you will do
Design and adapt process and/or solutions:
- Is Project Manager to design/build processes & solutions at the best cost/performance (including definition of data quality, key process control needs, performance measurement and impacts on organizations-jobs)
- Designs/develops and updates Standard Level 1-4 processes to execute service offerings
- Writes the specifications (Business Requirement and Business Item) integrating customer and user needs
- Defines, organizes and carries out Business End to End tests to which he contributes until the final acceptance of users (via several loops if necessary)
- Customize and adapt the installations of the equipment to the customer needs and/or requests
- Develop new standards installation solutions
- Captures and challenges the needs for process and tool evolution and carries out a macro-costing (feature development) with the IS teams to feed the Product backlog which will be prioritized by the Product Owner/Product Manager
- Builds process and project performance indicators (quality, reliability, robustness and stability)
- Creates a detailed strategy for introducing changes, incorporating training elements, and ensuring successful implementation throughout the network (Product Experts, Business Support Expert, etc.)
- Defines deployment roadmap and coordinates processes & solutions deployment
- Leads the Transfer to Operations and follows-up until business value is delivered
Support and training:
- Informs and trains on the new solutions (process & tools)
- Shares project knowledge and insight / guidance to junior team members
- Learn and maintain technical knowledge of the solution including any platforms and portal features
What you will bring
4 year degree or equivalent work experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Computer Engineering.
Candidate must have experience in solutions development.
Agile Methodology and Digital Development experience a plus but not required.
Preferred experience with digital applications, platforms; product owner or quality assurance are a plus. Previous customer interaction & Project management roles,
Development background useful. Other desired skills: interaction with customers & project management. Manufacturing experience also valuable.
Proven soft skills: collaboration & team-work; adaptability; resiliency.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team, yet also individually, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Hybrid work schedule.
