Mission:
We are looking for proactive Individuals who possess strong analytical thinking to join our dynamic Michelin Indonesia team to optimize our global tax position.
In this role, he/she/they will
Assist the Tax Country Manager on various technical topics through study, documentation of direct and/or indirect, local and international taxation and any changes in applicable tax laws.
Identify tax efficiency opportunities, risks and proactively address them with long-term solutions.
Support clear and documental technical notes whilst ensuring tax documentation, implementation of Michelin guideline taxes, policies, and documentation standards.
Comply and review corporate income tax computations, group deferred tax packages, tax annexes, TP disclosures, tax accounts & support in audits (including disputes, queries) internally and externally.
Partner with finance, legal and business units to support process improvements in the topic of tax and support on any related business projects (transactions, restructurings, digitizing).
Assist in preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation and conduct intercompany transaction reviews to ensure arm’s length pricing and compliance.
Who we are looking for:
Required:
Masters degree in Tax
Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, and international taxation principles
Familiarity with OECD guidelines, BEPS actions and double tax treaties
B2 level (upper intermediate) English Business Communication
Minimum of 6 years’ work experience in tax
Business Proficiency (B2/Upper intermediate) in English and Bahasa Indonesian
Preferred:
Experience in Big 4 firm before
