Mission:

We are looking for proactive Individuals who possess strong analytical thinking to join our dynamic Michelin Thailand team to to support the Thailand Corporate Finance manager in their scope of activities for all In-Country finance related matters and financially related regulatory requirements

In this role, he/she/they will

• Financial reporting & compliance: Support monthly, half year, and year end closings under Local GAAP and IFRS; ensure timely, accurate submissions and compliance with local regulations (tax, BOI, statutory accounts) through collaboration with finance shared services,  to ensure validation by regional CFO.

• Audit & regulatory coordination: Manage audits, inspections, and external reporting requirements; act as key liaison for local and non‑recurring financial requests.

• Specialized accounting tasks: Handle country‑specific activities such as BOI incentives, transfer pricing adjustments, tax compliance, and treasury operations that need direct overseeing due to complexity.

• Internal controls & expertise: Uphold Group internal control standards; serve as subject matter expert for finance projects, M&A, restructuring, and system changes while ensuring weighing the environmental and societal impact on decisions.

• Process improvement & collaboration: Drive efficiency through technology, best practices, and skill development as main contact point for all entities within Thailand; foster effective collaboration between Finance Shared Services team and local Thailand teams

Who we are looking for:

Required:

• Obtained a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or similar background (CPA is a plus)

• Qualified accountant in Thailand, and registered with the Federation of Accounting Professions.

• B2 level (upper intermediate) English Business Communication

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ work experience in Finance

• Business Proficiency (B2/Upper intermediate) in English and Thai
