Mission:

We are looking for proactive Individuals who possess strong analytical thinking to join our dynamic Michelin Thailand team to provide oversight and management for all In-Country finance related matters and financially related regulatory requirements. This role will manage a report / reports.

In this role, he/she/they will

  • Financial reporting & compliance: Manage Local GAAP and IFRS reporting, ensuring timely closings, forecasts, and adherence to tax and statutory regulations.

  • Annual statements & audits: Prepare and register annual financial statements; coordinate audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting requirement

  • Specialized local tasks: Handle country‑specific accounting activities such as government interfaces, BOI incentives, and treasury operations

  • Internal controls & expertise: Uphold Group internal control standards; act as subject matter expert for finance projects, M&A, restructuring, and system changes and ensuring the weighing of societal and environmental impacts when making decisions..

  • Process improvement & collaboration: Drive efficiency through technology and best practices; foster strong interaction between shared services and local teams.

Who we are looking for:

Required:

  • Obtained a master’s degree in accounting/finance or similar background (CPA is a plus)

  • Qualified accountant in Thailand and registered with the Federation of Accounting Professions.

  • B2 level (upper intermediate) English Business Communication

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years’ work experience in Finance

  • Business Proficiency (B2/Upper intermediate) in English and Thai
