Ensure the sustainability of assigned franchisees, by creating, tracking and contributing to their Business Plan whilst ensuring their satisfaction with the franchise offer
Create and follow with the franchisee various action plans (service range offer, communication, training, online approach, etc.) and manage the business development fund of assigned franchisees.
Ensure that the stores comply with the Minimum Performance Standards defined (range of services and capabilities, customer service and facilities, NPS, Online, brand policy, standards of service).
Plan, contribute and follow the traffic generation actions (online, fleets, marketing, CRM…), as well the conversion performance at the stores.
Ensure that the franchise royalty fees are collected on time and prepare Benefit Card (fees being paid by the franchisee vs value delivered by franchise)
Ensure that the information from Franchisee business performance is being collected on good timing.
Support the correct implementation and appropriation of the IS/IT tools defined for the network
