This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.



What we’re looking for:

• A fresh graduate with Bachelor’s or Master's degree;
• German at a conversational level;
• Organized and pro-active;
• Good team worker;
• Analytical person, structured and detail oriented;
• Experience in a similar position would be a plus.

The Procurer with German will:

• Pass the orders in conformity with sourcing plans (electronic catalogs in priority), or by punctual delegation;
• Follow-up the delivery of the goods in accordance with process and Michelin Purchasing Principles;
• Identify non quality and send claim to the supplier (delay, quantity, quality issue);
• Send purchasing requests overcoming authorized amount to the buyer;
• Monitor the orders, from request (in relation with sourcing plan) to delivery plans;
• Send any necessary information to the suppliers (requestor, delivery address, packaging);
• Follow-up the metrics (value creation)
• Archive administrative documents.
